A thank you to Evie KA1BRA for agreeing to lead the evening’s program “NETS and NET CONTROL. Evie discussed various types of nets, how to start and call for check-ins, asking for help with ID when necessary, the necessity of listening for some repeaters to drop before calling into the net, handling emergency situations, and other related net procedures. The presentation generated discussions that were most helpful. Club members are encouraged to  take the leap and volunteer for net control.
